Support of Lomie District Health Care

Health has been a primary focus for GeoAid Cameroon. A significant accomplishment in 2009 was the distribution of 2 shipping containers to various health providers in the Lomie District.  

So what does it take to setup and coordinate the shipping and distribution of 2 large shipping containers to Africa which leverage donations and investments into over a millions dollars of real medical aid. Acquiring the medicine and hospital equipment was made possible because of the valuable contacts and perseverance of the GeoAid staff in the US. However, for the successful outcome to be realized tremendous effort was required by the Cameroon staff with much appreciation to support from GeoCam and the Chantal Biya Foundation of Cameroon.
